Free standard shipping from A$99

Standard shipping with Australia Post Parcel Post is free within Australia when your order subtotal is A$99 or more after discounts, excluding shipping. Express Post is a paid option and is not included in this offer.

Australian shipping rates

For orders below A$99, standard postage follows the bands below. Express postage is charged on all order values. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

*Weight includes the products and their mailing packaging. Australia Post may assess cubic weight from the parcel dimensions where applicable. The chargeable weight determines the postage band; bottle capacity in millilitres is not its shipping weight.

These postage rates are based on Australia Post's MyPost Business Band 0 rates for our own packaging, effective 1 July 2026. Available delivery options and the total shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment when ordering opens. For parcels above 5 kg or a bulk order, contact us to confirm delivery options.

Packing and dispatch

We pack and lodge orders with Australia Post from Melbourne, Victoria within 1–2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and Victorian public holidays.

Delivery times

Standard — Parcel Post: Australia Post estimates delivery from 2 business days after lodgement. Timing varies by destination, and regional or remote addresses can take longer.

Express Post: A faster delivery option where available. Next-business-day delivery applies only to eligible routes within the Express Post network and is subject to Australia Post's conditions and lodgement cut-off times.

Delivery estimates start after dispatch and are separate from our 1–2 business day packing time. Carrier delays can occur. Check Australia Post's delivery estimates for your destination.

Tracking and delivery help

Once your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking details. Tracking updates may appear after Australia Post scans your parcel.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email info@hydratrail.com with your order number. We will help investigate and arrange the appropriate next steps. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order and contact us promptly if it needs correcting.

Delivery outside Australia

Our free standard shipping offer applies within Australia only. For international delivery, contact info@hydratrail.com to confirm destination availability and postage before ordering.
